I recently graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Art Education. My concentration was painting yet I was blessed to be able to study ceramics, analog photography, sculpture, color theory, jewelry and metalwork, printmaking, screen printing, drawing, and figure painting along with art history.

I am currently in my first year of teaching in a early childhood school in my home state of New Jersey. The job I currently hold is only a maternity leave but is a full year of teaching. My students are 500 preschool and kindergarteners. I have self contained special education, inclusion and general education classes. I have decided to create this blog to share my ideas, lessons and experiences in teaching. Hopefully I can help to inspire other teachers or even parents and they (you) can also inspire me!
